LASHBOMB SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: LASHBOMB processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders are generally processed within 1 – 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day. For Distributor Orders, please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing.

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: $6. Please allow 3-5 Business Days. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

Priority Shipping: $20. Please allow 1-3 Business Days. Express shipping times are NOT guaranteed. (Must be placed before 3:30 PM MST Monday – Friday to be shipped the same day).

LOCAL PICKUP

Available only in Mesa, Arizona. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday between 8:30 am-3:30 pm. Pickup location is:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping cost will be determined according to the weight of your package. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the additional shipping charges for international orders.

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

ORDER TRACKING

LASHBOMB is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. Please track your package with the information provided to you via email. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, contact USPS for the most updated information or to file a claim.

ROUTE INSURANCE

Route Package Insurance is available during checkout, starting at $0.98. Route provides coverage for lost, stolen, and damaged packages. To enhance the security of your shipment, we recommend adding Route insurance to your order. Route will facilitate either package replacement or reimbursement.

SHIPMENT OF ADHESIVES

We do not accept returns/exchanges on glue. All adhesive sales are final sale.

Adhesives are temperature sensitive. During extreme cold or hot temperatures (even though we ship our adhesive with an ice pack during summer months), LASHBOMB recommends customers choose USPS Express (1-2 day) shipping. If the customer does not choose this shipping option during extreme temperatures, LASHBOMB is not responsible for damages occurred to adhesives.

ONLINE TRAINING PURCHASES

ALL ONLINE TRAINING PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The only item eligible for exchange in your Time Tamer Kit is the magnifying glasses if you find the size you ordered unsuitable and require a different magnification, or if your tweezers are faulty. All other items included in the kit are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Please contact us at info@lashbomb.com or call (801) 707-7196 with your order number and the items you would like to exchange, and request an Exchange Form. Please note that adhesives and final sale items are non-exchangeable.

If your item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice or pay $6 for a LASHBOMB prepaid shipping label. If you are using a LASHBOMB prepaid return label, ensure items are shipped back in the original packaging.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods if you would like to exchange your item(s). Products must be unused and unopened, and returned to LASHBOMB within 30 days of delivery.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping or your items are defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the item, and products must be returned to LASHBOMB within 30 days.

TRAINING DEPOSITS AND BALANCES

All training deposits are nonrefundable but may be applied to future LASHBOMB courses. Training balances are nonrefundable starting on the day of the scheduled training.
